2024 Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences

The JMMS teachers are looking forward to meeting with all parents and their students. Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences will be held November 18-22. All JMMS students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM each day during Conference Week. Each year we fine-tune and tailor our Conference Schedule based on patterns we notice of our parents’ attendance.  This year we will hold conferences on Monday, November 18 through Wednesday, November 20 in the JMMS Gym with extended hours to meet the needs of our families. On  Thursday, November 21st, and Friday, November 22nd teachers are available to conference in person or by Zoom through appointments which you can make by contacting the teacher via email. 

We look forward to seeing you at the time that is most convenient.  Here is the Conference Schedule for this year:

Monday, November 18 12:00 - 3:00 pm AND 3:45 - 7:00 pm

Tuesday, November 19 12:00 - 5:00 pm  

Wednesday, November 20 12:00 - 5:00 pm

** Please note our Late Evening for Conferences has been changed to Monday (11/18) from Wednesday(11/20) which is the day listed on the District Calendar.

Teachers will be available for conferences in the GYM.  Feel free to move from teacher to teacher based on which teacher is available.  

Please email the teacher directly, if you need to schedule an alternative time for a conference. Staff emails are first initial, last name, and @alpineschools.net.  If you need assistance, feel free to contact the office.

This year our JMMS PTA will also be hosting a SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR in the GYM during Conference Week so plan on visiting the BOOK FAIR when you come to Parent Conferences. And, once again, we will host the DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT on Wednesday evening after Conferences at 6pm.
