In October 2019, Mrs. Ripke launched a fun community connection opportunity called “Cubs in the Community”. When she sights current Cubs, former Cubs, or future Cubs, she engages with them and poses for a picture (with parent consent). Connecting with students and building relationships is one of CELC priorities! She has connected with well over 100 students in the community and posted their pictures on Facebook.
