Southern Indian Health Council (SIHC) is providing COVID vaccinations to anyone 16 years old and up. Call 619-445-1188 x400 to schedule an appt. at SIHC. COVID testing and vaccinations will also be held at JMMS on Wednesday, May 19. You can schedule an appt. at myturn.ca.gov.

Good Evening Families,
I hope everyone had a great Spring Break and are ready to return to school tomorrow, April 5th. Please, remember to stick to the drop of and pick schedules to avoid traffic delays. We are very excited to be back to school for 4 days a week. It is still very important that everyone adheres to the safety protocols that have been put in place. If your child is out, do not forget to call the office to let us know. With everyone working together we will have a wonderful last trimester.

We hope you are enjoying spring break. As a reminder, Monday, April 5 is a student day. It was originally scheduled to be a non-student day and a professional growth day for teachers. I can not wait to see all of us together tomorrow for the first day of in-person learning, 4 days a week. The pick-up and drop-off procedures will remain the same. Please do not arrive early or park at the red curb for an extended period of time to pick up your child. Congratulations to the Joan MacQueen Middle School Engineering team who won the Core Values award at the First Lego League Robotics Team and placed 3rd in Robot Games. They were one of four teams to advance to the SoCal Championship Tournament on April 10th. @SanDiegoCOE
